Met at the airport and transfer to your hotel.
Afternoon sightseeing of Cochin city which includes the famous Jewish Synagogue (Built in 1568 AD),the Dutch Palace (Built by the Protuguese and presented to the Cochin Raja),St.Francis church (The protestant Church was built originally by the Portuguese in 1503 AD) & Chinese fishing net (It is called Cheena vala in Malayalam)
Day 2
After breakfast proceed to MUNNAR (135km) One of the most popular hill stations in India, is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala. Located at 1600 Mts. above sea level, this was once the summer resort of the erstwhile British Government in South India.
Day at leisure to enjoy the cool environments of Munnar.
Overnight stay in MUNNAR.
Day 3
After Breakfast proceed to Thekkady (100km). The drive to Thekkady through the rain forest itself is enchanting as the road winds through countryside, rich plantations and thick jungles).
Evening visit to Spices plantation.
Overnight stay in THEKKADY.
Day 4
Early morning proceed for a boat cruise in Periyar Lake (A boat ride in the lake surrounding the sanctuary gives one an opputunity to see the animals. This lake is unique in the sense it is manmade and one can see partially submerged tree trunks in the lake.
Rest of the day free to visit the spice plantations.
